Description

ZkRegistryBase's InstanceStateChangeListener gets notified every time a new node is added/removed even when the node doesn't belong to the same compute group as the registry. These znodes are stored internally and returned by getAll(). This causes query coordinators to assign task to executors that are in different compute groups.
