Description

HiveStrictManagedMigration supports these use cases (among others) currently:

• convert managed tables to external (+set external purge)
• move managed tables from old to new warehouse root (HDFS)

I propose we add a feature that combines both:

• convert managed tables (living in the old WH) to external and move them (from old managed warehouse root) to a new path ( e.g. default external warehouse location)
• this also applies to 'external' tables living inside the old WH
