DROP TABLE IF EXISTS should not fail if a view of that name exists

      Description

      We should match MySQL behavior on this. Likewise for DROP VIEW IF EXISTS when a table of that name exists.

      Note that without IF EXISTS, we still want the statement to fail when the existing object type does not match.
