JDBCStorageHandler should auto discover external schema

    Description

      Currently while creating JDBCStorageHandler based tables, the schema of the table also needs to be specified in the command.
      It should be possible for JDBCStorageHandler to retrieve the schema of the underlying table so that the user doesn't have to specify that.
