[HIVE-20629] Hive incremental replication fails with events missing error if database is kept idle for more than an hour

Description

Start a source cluster with 2 database. Replicate the databases to target after doing some operations. Keep taking incremental dump for both database and keep replicating them to target cluster. Keep one the database idle for more than 24 hrs. After 24 hrs, the incremental dump of idle database fails with event missing error.
