2018-03-05 07:23:11,002  WARN  org.apache.hadoop.mapreduce.JobResourceUploader [HiveServer2-Background-Pool: Thread-426416]: Hadoop command-line option parsing not performed. Implement the Tool interface and execute your application with ToolRunner to remedy this.

Please remove this WARN message from appearing in the logs.  It's not clear to me, as an admin, what I should be doing in response to this message.
