Description

currently ConfVars.HIVE_LOG_EXPLAIN_OUTPUT enables 2 features:

• log the query to the console (even thru beeline)
• shows the query on the web ui

I've enabled it...and ever since then my beeline is always flooded with an explain extended output...which is very verbose; even for simple queries.
