Description

The new testvector_reduce_groupby_duplicate_cols.q was introduced in HIVE-18258 but is misspelled in testconfiguration.properties:

 
-  vector_reduce_grpupby_duplicate_cols.q,\
+  vector_reduce_groupby_duplicate_cols.q,\

I noticed this because TestDanglingQOuts.checkDanglingQOut failed
