Semijoin: Do not remove semijoin branch if it feeds to TS->DPP_EVENT

    Description

      If there is an incoming semijoin branch to a TS which has DPP event, then try to keep it as it may serve as an excellent filter for DPP thus reducing the input to join drastically.
