Notest from John:

• recommend Hadoop 0.20 instead of 0.17
• should we update the mailing lists to the new locations?
• what about svn co location? mention both old and new? or just replace this section with a wiki link?
• mention metastore upgrade
• tone down the "prototype only" stuff?
• get rid of everything starting from "Using Hive" and replace with corresponding wiki links? This stuff is all super stale. The assumption here is that we either leave around old stuff on the Hadoop wiki or replace with forwarding links.
