Description

We need to support the ability to bootstrap an initial state, dumping out currently existing dbs/tables, etc, so that incremental replication can take over from that point. To this end, we should implement commands such as REPL DUMP, REPL LOAD, REPL STATUS, as described over at https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/Hive/HiveReplicationv2Development
