Description

QTestUtil cluster type encodes the file system. e.g. MiniClusterType.encrypted means mr + encrypted hdfs, spark means file://, mr means hdfs etc.
These can be separated out. e.g. To add tests for tez against encrypted, and llap against encrypted - I'd need to introduce 2 new cluster types.

Instead it's better to separate the storage into it's own types.
