Description

Didn't invoke FileSystem.closeAllForUGI after checkFileAccess. This results leak in FileSystem$Cache and eventually OOM for HS2.

Workaround without fix -
fs.hdfs.impl.disable.cache=true
fs.file.impl.disable.cache=true
