Description

As a results StatsOptimizer gives incorrect result. Can be reproduced with for following queries:

 mvn test -Dtest=TestCliDriver -Dtest.output.overwrite=true -Dqfile=insert_orig_table.q,insert_values_orig_table.q,orc_merge9.q,sample_islocalmode_hook.-Dhive.compute.query.using.stats=true
