Major Description
Customers often have lock conflicts in Hive. Currently we can use show locks extend command to show the existing locks on an object (db, table or partition) if it is know. However, some customers want to show all the locks over Hive service for monitoring purpose. It would be useful to add a new statement in Hive to support this.
To reduce noise, it might be useful to add an option to only show locks that have existed > N minutes.
