Not count session as idle if query is running

    Description

      Currently, as long as there is no activity, we think the HS2 session is idle. This makes it very hard to set HIVE_SERVER2_IDLE_SESSION_TIMEOUT. If we don't set it long enough, an unattended query could be killed.

      We should provide an option to not to count the session as idle if some query is still running.
