Description

FsDatasetTestUtils() abstracts away the details in FsDataset to allow writing generic tests regardless of underlying FsDataset implementations. We can add a fetchReplica() method to allow some HDFS tests to avoid using FsDatasetTestUtil#fetchReplicaInfo(), which assumes FsDatasetImpl is the only implementation of FsDataset.
