[HDFS-874] TestHDFSFileContextMainOperations fails on weirdly configured DNS hosts

Description

On an internal build machine I see exceptions like this:
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Wrong FS: hdfs://localhost:47262/data/1/scratch/patchqueue/patch-worker-20518/patch_21/svnrepo/build/test/data/test/test/testRenameWithQuota/srcdir, expected: hdfs://localhost.localdomain:47262

"hostname" and "hostname -f" both show the machine's FQDN (not localhost). /etc/hosts is stock after CentOS 5 install. "host 127.0.0.1" reverses to "localhost"
