According to documentation
http://hadoop.apache.org/docs/r2.7.0/hadoop-project-dist/hadoop-hdfs/HdfsNfsGateway.html

For larger data transfer size, one needs to update “nfs.rtmax” and “nfs.rtmax” in hdfs-site.xml.

nfs.rtmax is mentioned twice, instead it should be “nfs.rtmax” and “nfs.wtmax”
