Description

Remove usage of "-setStoragePolicy" and "-getStoragePolicy" using dfsadmin cmd (as it is not been supported)

Incorrect Usage in Document:

The storage policy can be specified using the "[`dfsadmin -setStoragePolicy`](#Set_Storage_Policy)" command.

The effective storage policy can be retrieved by the "[`dfsadmin -getStoragePolicy`](#Get_Storage_Policy)" command.

Correct Commands:

hdfs storagepolicies -getStoragePolicy -path <path>
hdfs storagepolicies -setStoragePolicy -path <path> -policy <policy>
