Use protobuf files in Hadoop source tree instead of the copy in libhdfs3

    Description

      Currently, to make libhdfs3 build out of the Hadoop source tree, I copy some protobuf files into libhdfs3. After merging libhdfs3 into Hadoop, use the protobuf files in Hadoop source tree instead of the copy in libhdfs3.
