Description

This is an issue reported by yeshavora:

In branch-1, Namenode fails to start with "HTTP/[e-mail]" value of hadoop.http.authentication.kerberos.principal property in core-site.xml. It only supports hostname instead _HOST. Namenode can support "HTTP/[e-mail]" value.

Same issue also exists with datanodes.
