After HDFS-2617 can't use 0.0.0.0 in dfs.http.address

    Description

      After HDFS-2617, if you use 0.0.0.0 in dfs.http.address, the _HOST resolution for SPNEGO will create a principal like nn/0.0.0.0@EXAMPLE.COM.
