Description

With ~~HDFS-1435~~, we can configure to store fsimage compressed. This jira aims to provide an option to saveNamespace command that stores the fsimage uncompressed regardless of the configurations. This provides a safe exit if anything goes wrong with the compressed image when checkpointing.
