Remove INode.dumpTreeRecursively()

    Description

      In HDFS-15520, the same feature of INode.dumpTreeRecursively() is implemented by NamespacePrintVisitor. Therefore, the old code can be cleaned up.

      Note that INode.dumpTreeRecursively() is only used in tests.
