HttpFS : getFileStatus doesn't return ecPolicy

    Description

      Currently LISTSTATUS call to HttpFS returns a json. These jsonArray elements  have the ecPolicy name.
      But when HttpFsFileSystem converts it back into a FileStatus object, then ecPolicy is not added
