[HDFS-14623] In NameNode Web UI, for Head the file (first 32K) old data is showing

Description

In Namenode Web UI , for Head the file (first 32K) 

After opening multiple files and clicking on - "Head the file" is showing wrong data 

Scenario : 

Uploaded Namenode log and Zkfc log , clicked head the file of namenode log multiple times , then went for zkfc log and clicked on head the file , wrong data is showing
