Description

We've seen this occasionally.

java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Negative position
	at sun.nio.ch.FileChannelImpl.write(FileChannelImpl.java:755)
	at org.apache.hadoop.hdfs.server.namenode.
 TestListCorruptFileBlocks.testListCorruptFilesCorruptedBlock(TestListCorruptFileBlocks.java:105)

The test has a flaw.
