Description

Currently test cases of TestDataNodeFaultInjector are failing on Windows with error like:

Pathname /F:/short/hadoop-trunk-win/s/hadoop-hdfs-project/hadoop-hdfs/target/test/data/XpN2p8YCDv/TestDataNodeFaultInjector/verifyFaultInjectionDelayPipeline/test.data from F:/short/hadoop-trunk-win/s/hadoop-hdfs-project/hadoop-hdfs/target/test/data/XpN2p8YCDv/TestDataNodeFaultInjector/verifyFaultInjectionDelayPipeline/test.data is not a valid DFS filename.

It's a common error like other failed tests on Windows that already fixed.
