Description

TestContainerStateManager is failing because SCM is unable to find a container with enough free space to allocate a new block in the container.

TestOzoneConfigurationFields is failing because configs "ozone.rest.servers" and "ozone.rest.client.port" are added in ozone-default.xml however they aren't specified as any of the config keys.
