    Description

      The way the service RPC address is obtained changed and showed a problem with TestNamenodeHeartbeat where the address wasn't properly set for the unit tests.

      In addition, the NamenodeHeartbeatService did not provide a good experience for non-HA nameservices. This also covers a better logging for those.
