[HDDS-8825] Use apache/hadoop 3.3.5 docker image

Description

I've had an initial dryun of the Hadoop 3.3.6 SNAPSHOT.

1. We will need to update dependency file
2. update HADOOP_VERSION=3.3.6 to use the new Hadoop FS APIs
3. Also need a Hadoop 3.3.6 docker image from https://hub.docker.com/r/flokkr/hadoop

 

Update: as the first step, use apache/hadoop 3.3.5 docker image.
