Description

Tested on apache master 2094661e52ff6be15dbccc9bdc1845ccda7ca306, When a container is moved to DELETED state in SCM, Recon's container count does not decrease. Looking at the code, it looks container count only increases. This has caused some confusion for users after deleting large amounts of data.
