[HDDS-7905] Snapdiff should only return modifications done to the bucket.

Description

Since the snapshots are taken at bucket level , the snapshot root is the bucket and snapdiff b/w 2 snapshots should only list the modifications done at that bucket. Currently it also lists modifications for other buckets.
