Increase wait.robot test's time-out

    Description

      In acceptance test (secure) we spin up five datanodes to be able to test the EC file's disk usage, which requires more time for test in wait.robot to finish. (https://github.com/apache/ozone/blob/master/hadoop-ozone/dist/src/main/smoketest/replication/wait.robot#L17-L20) 

       

      This ticket is to allow more time for that test to wrap up in order to prevent potential early interruption during tests.
