Description

Since Ozone DataStream is a new feature, we disable it by default.

Also, we propose to rename the following conf properties

• ozone.fs.datastream.enable
• dfs.container.ratis.datastream.enable

to

• ozone.fs.datastream.enabled
• dfs.container.ratis.datastream.enabled

in order to be consistent with the existing conf properties.
