Description

This Jira will be used to track SnapDiff API implementation. The attached design doc in HDDS-6517 has details on how to efficiently identify differences between two snapshots. Attached Snapshot API doc has details on what the SnapDiff API would look like.

This Jira will only track changes to make the Basic Snapdiff code path working. We will track rocksDB compaction handling related changes in another task.
