Description
We don't need this config:
public static final String OZONE_OM_ENABLE_FILESYSTEM_PATHS =
"ozone.om.enable.filesystem.paths" to determine if bucket is FSOptimized.
All dependencies to this config key are in process of being removed, and it can be safely deprecated in favour of bucket layout features.
