Description

In HDDS-5954 there was an extensive investigation around what we can do with the gRPC client, and TODOs assigned to the implementation.

This task is to add documentation to document what we have learned about the client, and the ideas captured in the TODOs, and to clean up the code of the client, remove warnings, and the TODO comments, and to extend the API doc.
