[HDDS-5849] Write exceptions occur after checksum is enabled

Description

This bug should be caused by HDDS-5742. We need to pass in a ReadOnlyBuffer, otherwise will have problems when writing data. An error is reported while reading.
In addition, we did not detect this problem because checksum was turned off by default in the previous UT.
