Description

Add metrics for the following:

1) Number of replication tasks scheduled for each datanode

2) Average time for each replication task to finish/download container on each datanode

3) Number of under replicated and over replicated in SCM

4) Average time for each replication task to finish on SCM

5) Size of data being written as replication target on destination

6) Dataset size for all inflight replication tasks

6) Dataset size for all inflight deletion tasks

7) Counter for failed replication tasks
