Description

The purpose of this issue is to increase idea.max.intellisense.filesize.

At present, Ozone recommends that idea.max.intellisense.filesize is set to 5000, but it can no longer bear some protoc files in the Ozone project, such as OzoneManagerProtocolProtos.java. (As shown in the attached picture)

I think the change to idea.max.intellisense.filesize=10000 in the Apache Ozone Contribution guideline is more in line with the needs of the current project.
