Description

Document Ozone's CI workflow (checks, dependencies, scripts, conventions, tips). I think it would be best to add it to CONTRIBUTING.md (or a new markdown doc with a link to it from CONTRIBUTING.md).

Currently we have these wiki pages that could be used as stepping stones:
