Description

Currently, Ozone token CLI produce token in base64 encode format. This is not compatible with HADOOP_TOKEN_FILE_LOCATION and can't be used directly for Ozone/Hadoop CLI to authenticate. This ticket is opened to persist ozone token in a format that is compatible with HADOOP_TOKEN_FILE_LOCATION along with tests.
