Description

HDDS-3332 updated acceptance tests to Python 3, but OM HA test (disabled currently) fails with:

Step 16/22 : RUN sudo pip install robotframework-sshlibrary
 ---> Running in 15849257580a
sudo: pip: command not found
Service 'datanode' failed to build: The command '/bin/sh -c sudo pip install robotframework-sshlibrary' returned a non-zero code: 1

Need to update to pip3.
