Description

In HDDS-1659 a new generic way was introduced to make the design docs more public (collect them as part of the documentation whether they are written as part of the docs or as separated pdf/google docs).

This patch:

• List the design doc as part of the documentation
• Adds link to some of the existing / earlier design docs

I believe that this can be a good extension to the documentation page as some of the low level internals are discussed only in design docs.
