Description

shellcheck.sh gives the following error (but works fine otherwise):

$ hadoop-ozone/dev-support/checks/shellcheck.sh
hadoop-ozone/dev-support/checks/shellcheck.sh: line 23: : No such file or directory
...

This happens because OUTPUT_FILE variable is undefined:

echo "" > "$OUTPUT_FILE"

The command can be removed.
