Description

HDDS-2101 changed how Ozone filesystem provider is configured. ozone-mr tests started failing, but it wasn't noticed due to HDDS-2185.

Running command 'ozone fs -mkdir /user'
${output} = mkdir: No FileSystem for scheme "o3fs"
