The instructions in our

   1. Getting Started
      1. Simple Single Ozone 

says that the user can generate a local multi-container cluster using the following commands.

docker run apache/ozone cat docker-compose.yaml > docker-compose.yaml
docker run apache/ozone cat docker-config > docker-config

However, running these commands on Docker version 19.03.1, build 74b1e89 on Mac generates configs with these spurious lines first lines in both docker-compose.yaml and docker-config.

This causes the failure when you do a docker-compose up -d.
