Minor Description
The DataNode plugin for Ozone stores the protobuf message as the value in the rocksdb metadata store. Since the protobuf message contents are not human readable, it is difficult to introspect (e.g. for debugging). This Jira is to add a command-line tool to dump the contents of rocksdb database in human readable format (e.g. json or yaml).
